What data exists

Bingomatik works without registration: no email address, no password, no real name required. On first start a pseudonymous player is created automatically – its only credential is the secret recovery key shown in the app's settings.

• The optional display name you pick for leaderboards (any name, duplicates allowed).
• Game progress: bingo results, points, streaks, owned avatar items.
• Circles and friendships you join, and the scores shown on their leaderboards.
• Server logs (IP address, request time) for the technical operation of the service.

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party sharing, no sale of data.

Why it is processed

Solely to provide the game: cross-device progress via the recovery key, shared leaderboards and the daily challenges. The game data is stored on a private server in Switzerland.

Deletion

You can delete your player – with all scores, streaks, items, friendships and circle memberships – directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete player. This is immediate and permanent. Circles you created pass to their earliest remaining member.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification and deletion of your data (GDPR Art. 15–17, Swiss FADP Art. 25ff). Deletion is self-service in the app; for everything else, reach us via the contact options on the start page.
